The rods that are supposed to hold the form in place are missing and it currently just hangs from the bar across the neck. Some of the tabs holding the wire together are corroded. Moreso toward the bottom of the form. It stands 49" from base to top and the form itself is 32" tall and 31.5" around the waist. It is in very good condition with the exception of some stains down the upper front(see last close-up photo) and the word Pico written on the side in ink. I have not tried to clean the staining. But there are no guarantees that they would come out. These make wonderful display pieces. VINTAGE Dress form with stand. Odd mannequin style torso dress form is in a semi hard plastic. Resembles blow mold a bit. Size 16 piece has measurements 35.5”x28”x34.5” and the torso part( not with the stand) is 38” tall. With the stand, as you see it this is 64” tall. The base will adjust up and down by what I estimate at 2-5" From the waist down. This has a woven fabric mesh cover. I thought its there to allow you to pin onto it. Not certain. The waist area has some light separation- meaning the glue that held the mesh on needs re applied in a small area. Easy to do but not necessary for its use. I have never seen one styled like this. Flesh tone plastic has some scuff. Dings and even a small chip as show in a picture. Again, not a use issue at all. The mesh fabric is not stained or torn. But I covered this with vintage sewing patterns to give it a more aged look. The top has a cap with a wooden finish and the bottom has an opening for a stand. This is a very unique vintage sewing collectible piece. It is a pin cushion/measuring tape combination in the shape of a dress form. The body is velvet and sits on a wood shaft with metal base which contains a tape measure that is still operable. It stands 5.5" high which contains a working tape measure. This is a Vintage 1950's Half Scale Dress Form Mannequin Iron Stand Adjustable Sewing. We are cleaning out our Parent's estate and you are getting this just as we found it stored. So it might need a light cleaning. The torso measures 34" tall to top of knob, 12" shoulders across the front, 23" waist around and 32" bust around. This is adjustable, but we have no idea how it works. It looks like loosen some screw inside and expand to where you need it and retighten the screws. The fabric is showing some wear with a couple of small holes and need to be reattached on small section on the side. The base stand is adjustable up and down. Rods pull out and in to form the shape. Wonderful snap together front and back of body. I have seen a few Model A's but it seems this Model B is rarer. Wood base that you can make higher or lower by inserting the peg. Both the top and bottom of the wood base still retain an original My Double label. At full extension.
