This is a vintage canvas mannequin head that I believe to be from circa the 1930's. It's quite solid. I'm not sure what it's stuffed with- I would guess sawdust. The bottom is bordered with a plastic/rubber strip stapled on, and the base is a plastic mount. Near the bottom there is a number stamped. It's a bit hard to read but it might say"211/2" which is a hat size. It's in good vintage shape, it's obviously seen some use but no rips or tears and I don't see any repairs. There is some color variations to the canvas. There are a few threads of the canvas poking out on the bottom from under the strip along the bottom. It's quite solid. I'm not sure what it's stuffed with- I would guess sawdust. The bottom is bordered with a plastic/rubber strip stapled on, and the base is a plastic mount attached to a sturdy metal clamp. On the bottom there is a sticker indicating that the head is a size 22. It's in good vintage shape, it has obviously seen some use but no rips or tears and I don't see any repairs. '72 Fender Super Six Reverb in Head form (Twin circuit) vintage guitar amp
up for bid is my 1972 fender"Super Six Reverb" in head form. this amp is the exact circuit as the fender"Twin Reverb" But came in a 6x10" combo. for practical reasons someone has put the amp in a"head" cabinet. cab is very sturdy, and well done. appears to be made out of solid pine 1"x. the amp works perfectly, runs very quietly(no hum or weird noises) and is 100 watts. 4 original black plate type 6L6 power tubes, and an assorted selection of pre-amp tubes. the large caps, and several of the smaller caps have been replaced. usually the first thing to go on these vintage amps, always a plus when you know you dont have to do a cap job. amp works flawlessly, no issues what so ever. reverb sounds amazing. i do not have the foot pedal so i cant test the vibrato. i was told by previous owner that it works ... morefine, and sounds fantastic. all transformers date to 1972. besides caps being replaced i dont see anything else inside that is not original to the amp, but im no expert. i did take very detailed photos of inside the chassis, please examine them for yourself. it does have a three prong power chord with a crack in the casing(pictured) but internal wires are sound. feel free to ask any questions, i will answer as promptly, and accurately as i can. calculated shipping through Priority Mail, U.S. only. the head is already packed very safely for shipping. it weighs in at 46 Lbs. so dont be surprised if shipping is a little pricey. i will insure the shipment as well. thanks. Wrought with two fullers along two-thirds of the blade, above a narrow base with hatched sides, and a slender tapering tang. This spear head measures 38 cm in length and 8.5 cm in width.
