This is a Purplw Cows 3027 hot and cold laminator in great clean working prepeowned condition. It has a few scuffs from use but is in overall great cosmetic condition and works great. I used one of the small pouches to laminate a picture of a sleeping squirrel and it worked fine. It took a few minutes to heat up to the correct temperature but that is normal according to the instructions. Once it was hot enough it was ready for continuous use. Its real simple. You just select the size of the item, put it in a pouch, send it through the top and it comes put the bottom laminated.
