There are no missing pieces but there is a crack in the plastic housing(see side picture) that does not affect the function of the machine. The crack is in a thin plastic piece that is supported by a heavy metal backing. The screw does not rely on the plastic for support. There is some residual magic marker writing still slightly visible after our attempt at cleaning. This laminator has seen only light service since new. It was used to laminate graphics and foam board signage, mostly one or two items at a time. The nature of our business has changed and we have replaced this unit with a seal 62 cold laminator in 2009, as a result this unit has seen very limited use in recent years. The two heated rollers need replacing. They could be used, but as you can see they have a good bit of residue and some scuffs. The rear pull rollers are in good shape, but they have some streaks in the photos. I will clean more thoroughly before shipment. All other rollers and guides look great.
