This heat sink was taken from a portable welder that died. The dimensions of the"fins square" are in the title. The extension tabs are 2-5/8" measured from the bottom square to the outside edge. There are several tapped mounting holes: 4) 1/4"20. 8) 8-24 and(2) 6-32. The#8's are around the circle cut-outs and in the bottom corners, the#6's are to the upper right of the left circle and the 1/4" are in the center square. The short fins are 1-9/16" long. The fins taper from 3/16" thick at their base to 3/32" just before the round part at the tips. If there any specifications you need that I failed to list. Please ask and I will do my best to answer.

We are includin g a good Thermaltake heatsink with an upgraded Nexus fan. It is very qui et and keeps the cpu nice and cool. This is a definite upgrade over the AMD stock heat sink and a similar item would cost about $ 40 new. Like any good heat sink it's pretty large- it should be fine in any medium or large case(but probably not for mini-ATX)
