Tycos Anemometer Velocity Gauge. Vintage item for parts or restore. As with most items I sell. This is part of a liquidation from a local estate. Please help me out by closely reviewing the pics to best judge what you are bidding on. Description: Tycos Velocity gauge. I have included a short video following this description. Please scroll down take a look. 4.25" diameter. 1.75" deep. The gauge housing is made on a non magnetic type metal, possibly a painted aluminum. The painted finish is blotchy/discolored throughout with several areas of total paint loss. The dial and crystal is approximately 1.75" diameter. It has a white dusty residue between the dial and crystal. The outer surface of the crystal has a crude looking rippled/uneven surface and several small indentations. The chronograph type dial will read/provide velocity ... morein feet. Thousands, hundreds, and tenths. The thousands reading/dial will not reset to zero, so this aspect of the gauge may not be working correctly. The entire gauge has a heavy dark patina. Heavy dirt and grime throughout and within the tight corners and crevices. I have a novice interest in this type of thing. I am not a expert. This is a used 24 foot lifting air hoist. We used it in our HVAC shop for lifting.Furnaces, AC condensers, unit heaters, air handlers and many other lifts. It comes with a alum. CO2 tank, but can just as easily be used with any compressed air source. The tubes on most of these are dented. This one is not. There is some minor air leakage at the felt seals. These are easily replaced, however they are not usually a problem unless you plan to leave something in the air for an extended time. It is easy to transport,takes little space and will quickly save you lots of time and money. The CO2 Tank is full. There is a compresses air adapter with it. I will ship it at cost if you wish. This is an auction for a very nice and near mint Appion g5 twin. Its hands down the best and most sought out recovery machine in the industry. They never die. They do insane fast recovery, and they are small enough to take anywhere. This one was used just a handful of times. And I still have the box and all of the candy that came with it. Has manual and Appion bonus sheet showing other products. This specific unit has had some gage upgrades. The ones that are on the unit are pinpoint accurate. If you choose I also included the set that came with the pump if you want to go back to those. It also has a set of extra screens that are taped to the top of the unit. As you can see this one is in very nice shape. The only part that has any wear at all is show on the last picture. This is for a Thermal Engineering Cap-Check Capillary Tube Cleaner. Cap-Check is a portable. Self contained hydraulic power unit with auxiliary equipment especially adapted to cleaning refrigeration capillary tubes. A 0-6000 PSI gauge shows pressure build-up if cap tube is restricted and also shows when chaser has passed through the tube.
