This unit was installed as a part of a home remodel and upgrade to a blower HVAC system and whole house humidifier. And was used for only a few days before it was switched out for a different unit(we upgraded the thermostat and needed a different style of humidistat if memory serves me correctly; NOT because the unit was defective or anything) Please note that I do not have any of the original packaging. But do have the installation instructions(pictured in the first photo) I'm not sure if this particular comes with a mounting bracket, but I don't believe it does. It sits directly in the duct.
