I am not sure what kind of plastic this one is made of but it is either PVDF. Polypropylene, or polyethylene. I really believe that it is polypropylene. The ball valve is polypropylene. It can be used for either heating or cooling. It measures approx. 20" high, 12" wide, and 3" deep. All of these are custom made by GF, probably in Switzerland.

Our guess is that one flow loop was for the tube side of a heat exchanger and the other was for the shell side. Not shown on the back side are electrical controls that include relays, etc. Estimated replacement cost is $2000. The pressure gauges are shown above. The image of the temperature gauges got lost.
