S/N CK150804B0111 I purchased this new from a company in Oklahoma to replace a bad fan unit on my Lennox G26 furnace. Their stock number is 68K21. Unit was on my furnace and operational for about 4 months when I determined I had a cracked heat exchanger and replaced furnace. I paid over $200 for unit and figured why throw it away after only 4 months. Hopefully I can save someone from the $200+ nick I took! Unit works perfectly, all wire connections are factory and uncut.
