I bought it used and replaced the cam and blade. This is a high quality tool that works great for stripping and scraping glued and tiled flooring. Heavy cast iron weight keeps it tight to the floor. This is used and there is some rust on the blade from sitting in my garage for a few years. It still works as designed. Reprinted manual included. These are $1240 new.
