Jet surface grinder model JSG-618 Roller way table. Includes a Magnalock fine line electric chuck and has been changed over to cable drive for the table. This grinder is much better than it's name suggests. Operates easily. Grinds nicely, leaves a great finish. Bought it as new old stock in 1998 when I started the shop. We also had two Mitsui's which everybody was lined up in front of. But no one would use the Jet. I would use this grinder, but as I was sales, maintenance, management, accounting, and design, it hardly ever got used. Finally pulled it out and put in storage about 7 years ago. Downsizing and ready to move. So this has got to go. I think that I should mention that the spindle sings. Always did from the moment I first turned it on. Had the spindle torn down and checked. Guy said the bearings looked new(they were) and ... morethe spacers were the right length. Repacked with Kluber. Put it back together and it still sang. Gave a nice finish and never heated up, so we called it good. No international shipping unless you are willing to handle the customs and shipping.

I think it was used for a buffer as it was clean. Item has all the external shields as shown in the photos plus 2 bench mounting bolts that came with it that maybe you can use to mount it. All the screws to mount the shields to the grinder are included in the plastic bags for easy installation if required for your set-up. This is the same exact machine that has been sold in the us under the name brands of Jet, Rockwell, craftsman and others. this unit has a 1/2 hp 7.6 amp GE motor, a 8" disc sander that is direct drive off of the motor shaft, all of the original rests, shrouds and extra idlers for running the belt as a slack belt. this machine seems to run well and the belt tracks true, the one thing that it does not have is an on off switch you plug it in and its off and running no big deal really. it is heavy so I have over estimated the shipping but will bill the exact shipping amount to the winner just give me a chance to calculate the shipping before you pay the invoice probably between $35-$50

USED Jet JCG-450-3 Tool & Cutter Grinder
This is a USED Jet JCG-450-3 Tool& Cutter Grinder. It has a 1/2 horse power motor that is 230/460 volt. 3-phase and runs at 1725 RPM. It has a table with a work area of 27-1/2" and has a single 5/8 t-slot down the center of it. The head swivels 0-135 degrees to the left and 0-40 degrees to the right. In addition it also swivels up and down 0-45 degrees. It features 2 spindles that run at 3450 RPM's, with the different spindles you could put different style wheels on each end to speed up operations. Maybe a aluminum oxide wheel on one end and a CBN or Diamond wheel on the other end. It has a coolant line set up, but there is no pump installed in the base.
