Tektronix FG501 PG501 TM503 frame and plugins, working,tested
TM503 four slot mainframe, FG501 1MHZ function generator, PG501 pulse generator, This unit is being sold on consignment. I did test out the function generator and pulse generator. The function works properly on all ranges and the overall accuracy is very good. I don't have a distortion analyzer to measure the sine wave distortion but it looks very clean on the oscilloscope. The frequency knob does have a crack and that seems to be only flaw with function generator. The PG501 pulse generator has intermittent output. Moving the period switch back and forth causes pulse to come and go. You might be able to correct fault by removing switch cam and cleaning contacts with alcohol. Until the pulse generator period switch is repaired I rate the pulse generator as barely usable. Tektronix 2205 Oscilloscope 20 MHz Test Equipment Unit WORKS!
Tektronix Oscilloscope 20 MHz Model 2205. This is a nice analog scope which seems to be in good working order. It powered up fine and the rudimentary test seemed to indicate that everything was in working order. I haven't use this model but I understand that they are reliable and rarely break down. The scope is missing the plastic cover(which often gets removed on the bench never to be seen again) There are no probes or a manual included but they are widely available on the net.

The name of the facility has been taped over. But is a leading maker of some fine products. Has a"CALIBRATION NOT REQUIRED: FOR ENGINEERING USE ONLY. Not for testing of XXXXXX Product" sticker on top of unit. This unit looks to be in pretty nice shape cosmetically, with no real discernable scuffs, maybe just a little dusty and an older unit. Probably been in storage for many years. Seems to have been a discrepency between the person who was using it and the technician that looked it over.
