Used it once in 2006 in ... moremy own home. Then put it back in storage. It's pictured in the storage unit it's been in for the last 12-13 years. Was always used with a Power Station. Has the nose weight for a deeper cut. Also was always transported by an enclosed trailer with a ramp and a specific tie-down location. No pickup beds where it could slide around or be dropped from. As of now I haven't located the swing arm for the cord, or the tool(arbor wrench) to change the sandpaper. If I do I'll add them to this auction, until then they are not included. It is available for inspection with a day or two notice. Local pick up is preferred. But I'm sure freight could be arranged. I can crate it for $125, the handle would be removed to accommodate a smaller crate) then whatever freight charges are to you. The sander specs out at 185 lbs. For sale is a Clarke American Alto EZ-8 floor sander- this is probably one of Clarke's most popular and best-selling drum sanders. I've had it for a while but it hasn't been used much in the last 2 years hence the reason for selling it. It's pretty dusty from it's last use and from sitting around in a wood shop but it is in working condition. Clarke LV-8 Floor sander 8" drum
This is a working floor sander. I bought it off a friend and used it to refinish my bedroom floor. It works well. It is not as powerful as the newer units. The motor seems to struggle with the more coarse grit papers but it got the job done for me. Maybe it can be repowered with a newer motor. I would suggest a repower if you were going to use it commercially or you can just use it for parts. I no longer need this machine as my floor is done and I realize floor sanding is not for me. I am selling it"as is" This was a good machine for me. This is local pick-up only I may be able to deliver to you if you are local to me. Ask me first. From local business liquidation. This is an older model Clark WorkMaster industrial floor sander with 8" sander drum. Definitely one of the earlier models with wooden handle and screw-in type fuse. Probably the best quality ever made too. Simple operation with power switch mounted on the handle. Machine pivots front and back while the drum is always spinning. Press forward to make sanding contact wit the floor. I'm told it's a good working unit but I am unable to test it because of the configuration of the prongs on the plug end. The ID tag on the machine indicates 110 volt but I can't find any receptacles around the building that match it so I really don't know. Silverline Pro 8 Floor Sander Eight Inch Drum Sanding Machine
Silverline Pro 8 Floor sander. This is one of the best floor sanders you can buy. It has plenty of power and it isnt too heavy to carry up a flight of steps. Cuts nice and evenly, drum has a nice pad on it. There is a slight crack in the base handle bracket which has been fixed with something. I checked with Silverline and a new piece is about $90 but it doesnt need one. Machine comes with a new dust bag, a small handle that holds the front cover open for transporting the machine, a drum wrench, and a 10 gauge cable that is about 25 feet long with a 30 amp male and female plug. Machine is located in Huntington Long Island, NY if you want to try it. Comes with free delivery, inquire for details.

I have a porter cable 10" sander up for auction. This sander I have changed all the bearings and belts. The drum is in good shape and has plenty of life left on it. All the wheels are new and rolls good on floor. I have used it on two jobs to check it out and runs strong. You would have to but 12" sand paper and cut it down to 10" This sander runs very well.
