Clarke LV-8 Floor sander 8" drum
This is a working floor sander. I bought it off a friend and used it to refinish my bedroom floor. It works well. It is not as powerful as the newer units. The motor seems to struggle with the more coarse grit papers but it got the job done for me. Maybe it can be repowered with a newer motor. I would suggest a repower if you were going to use it commercially or you can just use it for parts. I no longer need this machine as my floor is done and I realize floor sanding is not for me. I am selling it"as is" This was a good machine for me. This is local pick-up only I may be able to deliver to you if you are local to me. Ask me first. I think this stator is for the clarke DU 8 there are not really any marking numbers it was in a box of clarke sander parts it has dust all over the windings look good. also have a new armature that looks good so that should show the armature is new since it is clean.also there are du 8 parts in the box so I took measurements overall armature length is 11 1/4 and the windings area diameter is 3 inches front mounting plate is 6 1/4 with 6 holes but 2 of those are threaded they are in 2 sets of 3 on opposite sides The stator is 5 by 5 too big for my model b.Also selling clarke gearbox grease any question or help in identifying this appreciated.thanks

From local business liquidation. This is an older model Clark WorkMaster industrial floor sander with 8" sander drum. Definitely one of the earlier models with wooden handle and screw-in type fuse. Probably the best quality ever made too. Simple operation with power switch mounted on the handle. Machine pivots front and back while the drum is always spinning. Press forward to make sanding contact wit the floor. I'm told it's a good working unit but I am unable to test it because of the configuration of the prongs on the plug end. The ID tag on the machine indicates 110 volt but I can't find any receptacles around the building that match it so I really don't know. Silverline Pro 8 Floor Sander Eight Inch Drum Sanding Machine
Silverline Pro 8 Floor sander. This is one of the best floor sanders you can buy. It has plenty of power and it isnt too heavy to carry up a flight of steps. Cuts nice and evenly, drum has a nice pad on it. There is a slight crack in the base handle bracket which has been fixed with something. I checked with Silverline and a new piece is about $90 but it doesnt need one. Machine comes with a new dust bag, a small handle that holds the front cover open for transporting the machine, a drum wrench, and a 10 gauge cable that is about 25 feet long with a 30 amp male and female plug. Machine is located in Huntington Long Island, NY if you want to try it. Comes with free delivery, inquire for details.

Silverline Floor Sander SL-8 Used Twice
NO Reserve High Bidder Wins Very Nice Silverline SL-8 floor sander that has been used for two jobs. I bought this from a floor guy that went out of business. It was literally used on two jobs since new. It sat in his barn for a couple years and it has some surface corrosion(rusty bolt heads and slight aluminum oxidation) Original belts and drum are like new and it works perfect. I was going to rent it out. But my customers like the tube paper on the Clarke machines and I decided to buy another EZ-8 instead. This is a really nice sander and my wholesale cost new now is $2243. Clarke EZ 8 Floor Sander Heavy Duty
Here is a preowned but overall still very nice looking condition heavy duty Clarke EZ8 floor sander. Comes exactly as shown in pictures. i am selling as is no return because the switch on the top above the S R O is not working. When you plug in machine it goes just as it should but I know very little in regards to these and I can not figure out if its suppose to go into forward. Reverse, etc. to turn it off I just unplug the machine. So again because of this selling as easy. I was told it is a cery easy fix. Thank you 7062
