Vintage DAYTON Industrial Window Fan Wire Cage Intake Exhaust Mid Century This is the Dayton Model 4F263; circa 1962. This fan has a great Mid Century Industrial look; The circular wire cage fan measures 22 inches across and has a 1/15 hp 115v motor. The blades are made of polished chrome steel; covered with a wire cage cover; white enamel coated. The cage is centered with a sharp Dayton logo button. The electrical cord has an ON OFF and HI LOW switch. The reverse switch is located on the side of the logo button. The fan is mounted to a steel panel which measures 28 by 22 inches. And will adjust up to 36 inches. The serial number is 31620. The fan operates and adjusts smoothly; the motor is clean and shows no signs of any problems. When the unit is turned on. The metal blades and powerful motor allow for a propeller airplane sound. There ... moreis a little minor crevice dust and a couple of very minor scratches and wear spots. Overall, the fan is in outstanding condition for its 50 years. This will look great in your loft, studio or business. This can also be used in an upstairs area of a home and will do a great job cooling or ventilating.

Up for sale today is a very nice used Dayton 3C271 24½” Downdraft Roof Ventilator(See pictures for more item details) This item is being sold as is with no warranty. There are a few small dents(doesn’t affect function of the ventilator) on the top of the dome. I got most of them out the best I could. I tried to get an angle to show them but couldn’t get one.If you are interested in buying it and are worried about the dents. I can spend more time trying to get a picture. Not in the pictures is the nut/screw that goes in the top of the dome but I do have one for it.
