It was purchased in December 2011 for an emergency heating season repair and placed in service for one week only until the exact Ruud/Rheem replacement blower motor could be obtained and installed. Current price at WW Grainger's web site is $173.50. This motor works perfectly and could have been left in service but the home inspection service required exact factory replacement parts for this blower motor replacement.
