Quick Mill Andreja HX(Heat Exchanger) E61 Espresso Machine Beautiful machine. Extremely sturdy and well built in Italy, very similar to the still produced Andreja Premium. Polished stainless steel case and frame, large copper boiler, heavy E61 group. This machine is a heat exchanger type- it is able to steam and brew espresso without changing boiler temperature, so multiple drinks can be made quickly. The boiler is large and powerful and excellent for steaming even large amounts of milk. The heavy E61 group stabilizes temperatures, making shots very consistent. The Andreja automatically maintains the water level in the boiler, and also has a switch which turns off the heating element when the reservoir gets low. This Andreja has an insulated boiler, upgraded vacuum breaker, newer silicone water lines, a new shower screen and gasket, and new ... morelever seals. I've descaled this machine roughly every 6 months while in use, and backflushed weekly. Cosmetically. It is beautiful in all it's polished stainless glory. Item description is a single group commercial espressso machine made by Astoria with the label Rio. It would make a great home unit for the true coffee geek but would also fill the needs of a moderate usage coffee shop. Fast recovery time. Hase a 4 hole steam wand for fast steaming and also a hot water dispenser for teas and soups. for pulling a costom shot. There is a manual switch or if you like, there is also an automatic mode. The automatic mode is easily programmable to the pull timing of your choice. Painted back and side panels have been professionally repainted to match original color. Top chrome trays show signs of minor scratches due to cup storage ... moreand usage. This is a beautiful machine and would fit into a high end environment. I prefer local pickup.
