Product: Not full tested. This is a one owner unit which was acquired from a local university updating their equipment. I removed panels for cleaning and inspection. While I do not know a lot about these units and do not have means to perform complete testing. What I do know: The wires to the small fan motor mounted on top pulled out from the motor. This was actually my fault. Fan motor may need replacing but will include the one that came with it. The wire to the heating element in the grinder piston is not connected. Looks like that may require replacing. The unit powers on(see pics) I did not connect it to a water source. Hello you are looking at a very clean Thermoplan Verismo 801 fully automatic espresso machine. This is the same machine that Starbucks used from 2000- 2008. this particular one was manufactured in 2006. This machine has a very low shot count under 300 shots so it has very little use and very clean from the inside and out. I'm currently using this at my restaurant but I had very little demand for espresso. If you own a restaurant or a cafe this will be great addition for your business.
