I removed all of the outside parts except one of the sides. I used compressed air.Brushes and water to clean most of the parts as best as I could. The build up was not bad at all. I ran fresh hot water thru the entire system and flushed all the lines. The H2o Runs clean and clear. Scrolled thru all the menu options and ran the calibration test. This machine has never needed any parts replacement, or repair. As it stands. It is making espresso,double espresso,coffee etc on both sides. Hot water and steam wand are FULLY functional. Grinder deck,doser and grinder adjustments are all in working order.
