This machine is the best machine on the market and is an upgraded model from the workhorse machines that are used in Pete's Coffee Shop. I ditched my La Marzocco machine because this machine makes better coffee. Latte, espresso, short, anything you want. The foam is perfect, perfect, perfect every time. If you want to do designs in your latte, this machine will enable you from the very first time even if you have never made a latte before! We have used this machine for three years. And it is downstream from a very good RO system, keeping everything clean and scale free. It has had regular service from Shaerer, who is located right in Southern Californa. It has the latest software upgrades($1,500 upgrade) and everything a new machine has except a USB port for remote programming. I love this machine. I hate to see it go but we closed our ... morecafe and it is too much for home use. We did not do very well in our cafe. So this machine has little use. Runs on 220 and very low maintenance and almost no problems except fine coffee. We installed a new procon pump in this machine at Chrismas and we stopped using it in April. New price on this machine is nearly 15 grand. Why pay that when you could have this baby for 1/3 of that. The Shaerer technician told us a similar model he services has done 1000 shots a day for over ten years. So they are very strong. Bid today and start selling coffee tomorrow! I believe I have a chef's card which will enable you to customize a lot of things on the fly. I have to find it so don't hold me to it. This is the highest level machine made by this company. I took it to the factory in Long Beach and they did a lot of custom adjustments to it and put the latest software in it and a lot more. That is hard to see.
