Unknown HIGH QUALITY #92 Machinist drill press block device, Milling machine?
I am really not sure what this tool is. I assume it is a machinist type tool. It looks like it mounts on a drill press or some kind of milling machine with very fine handle operated adjustments. This is a small device. It measures just 6" from end of block to end of handle. The only marking I see is the number 92 that is stamped on the one piece.

It was very difficult to capture them in a photograph and in many ways the scuff marks look worse in the images for sure.
