The dry cleaning plant lost its lease and had to close. There is no way to turn on the machine. Because the boiler, compressor, and vacuum were removed from the plant. The Marvel still has perc in it and we estimate about 20 gallons or more. The chiller is still present and had $500 of repairs done to it just before the plant lost its lease. It is no longer connected to the Marvel. The plant had just received new steam traps. There are double doors in the back of the building thru which to remove the item.
