I have up to 10 speed queen XG30 gas dryers. They are 30lb capacity and set up for propane. They can be converted to natural gas in a few minutes. It comes with the following: Metal Frame: p/n 431516- Brand New Graphic Overlay UPPER: p/n 431232- Airpax Coin Mechanism: p/n M412003* Optical Coin Switch/ Opto Coupler: p/n 200825P- Lint Drawer Switch: p/n 431159- Door Lock: p/n 430832P* The Coin Mechanism accepts US quarters($0.25) CONDITION: USED The frame shows signs of cosmetic wear and normal usage. It has a brand new graphic overly and the coin drop face plate shows minor scratches. Slight dirt and wear. On the backside, the frame appears a little dirty from lint even though it has been cleaned with a brush. The airpax coin mechanism has been cleaned although dust remains inside. In this sale you are receiving 2 front load Speed Queen commercial ADA compliant washing machines and 2 stacking electric Speed Queen dryers. I purchased these new in Nov 2009 for use in a 15 unit apt Complex. 3 family units and the rest were 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for disabled. Single and senior citizens and had a 4 year lease on the laundry room I purchased these in November of 2009 and removed them at the end of November 2013. New these cost $5000.00 I also did the maintenance on these apartments. Owners of the complex retired and sold out and the new owners installed their own units. So I lost my lease. The washers are set on $2.25 per wash and the dryers are set on 25 cents per 10 minutes. They can be reset to what ever you want. But this way you can do a load of laundry for $3.00 or less. Last summer I had to replace a control board ... morein one of the washers. That is the only problem I had with these machines Machines averaged $350.00 a month in revenue. The electric ran about $100.00 a month on the average. This included the hot water heater for the laundry room. The parking lot lights, the stair way lights, the heat for the office and laundry room and the lights for the office and laundry room. there was no a/c in the office or laundry room) So, on the average these were used about 116 times a month over 4 years.
