Hey everyone. You are bidding on a D&A regulator clock. Model number DB8707 made in korea. Its from around the 1950s looks brand new ecept for a little peice where the key goes is a little scratch. Comes with what I believe is its original box. Its selling as is since I dont have one clue how to turn it on and I dont whant to start messing with it. An Emperor Wall hanging. Regulator type clock with strike and chime. This is a very nice" Kit Clock" built from a kit. The clock runs well and keeps time well. The strike and chime mark the half and tell the hour. In pic# 7 you can see a small indent, it may have been done from a hammer while putting the dial face on, it is quite small and hardly noticable. It has a working key. The glass showing the pendulum was hand painted and is a good representation of a Regulator type design. The clock measure's 26" long. The body is 9 1/4" wide, 10" long, 5" thick, the octagon is 15 1/2" across each piece. The dial is 10" DIA. Antique Seth Thomas Crystal Regulator Brass& Glass Mantel Clock. The original time& strike movement is marked ST Made in USA#48S. This was just found at a local estate where it had been in the same family for over 100 years. It is all original including the faux-mercury pendulum and the original brass key(the special key with fast/s;ow adjustment at the other end) The clock measures 5 1/4" x 6 3/4" and 9 3/4" tall; the bezel is 4 1/2" wide and the dial is 3 3/4" wide. The dial is made of fine porcelain enamel and is free of any cracks or chips which makes it rather special. The clock is in fine clean solid complete condition with no cracks. Chips or damage. The brass has a wonderful aged patina that some might call tarnish but I believe adds great character- check my photos. Wall â¿Store Regulator H" Circa 1905-1910s 8-Day Timepiece. The clock is working. The case is embossed pressed oak wood trim with original finish. The original dial paper is still very good. The pendulum stick is original, the bob is gold painted is the typical starburst pattern made for these clocks. Height 35 1/2 inches x 16 1/2 inch width. At the beginning of the 20th century, the E. N. Welch clock-making firm was struggling. They used a local foundry to produce their castings. The foundry owners son, William E. Sessions, took an interest in horology and, along with other Sessions family members, bought controlling interest in the E. N. Welch Company. In 1903 the firms ... morename was changed and the Sessions Clock Company was organized. Under William's management the firm produced all components of their line of clocks, including movements, cases, dials, artwork and castings. Up for auction is this FMH bracket holder for a movement. It's hanger slots measure 3 1/4" apart center of slot to center of slot. Total dimensions are 4 3/16" wide by 2 3/8 wide and 2 13/16" deep. ANTIQUE GERMAN GUSTAV BECKER VIENNA REGULATOR STRIKING WALL CLOCK EAGLE FINIAL Beautiful german wall clock manufactured by the Gustav Becker Company in earlies 1900's. The movement was taken down and cleaned. All bushings where checked and replaced if needed, then reassembled, oiled and tested for two weeks on a test stand. The movement is working perfectly. The clock chimes one time every half hour and counts the full hours. It is an eight(8) day movement so will need to be rewound every week. The movement is marked with the Gustav Becker stamp and so is the dial. The movement is made of brass. The wood case looks like mahogany and light oak, has glass on all three sides, a very handsome clock. The clock measures 41"H X 15"W X 7"D I test all the clocks before shipping and guarantee they will work for you. In as found condition, in a wooden crystal regulator style. case looks pretty good, a few scratches and some overall crazing, not bad for an original finish. all 3 beveled glass panels are good, all 3 adjuster feet function, face and pendulum in nice shape. please see photos. the bad news is the bottom brass tab in the battery compartment is rotted off, and the back of case stained, looks like a battery leaked for quite a while. don't know if it had a door on the back, but i see no evidence of one. face reads poole mfg. co. inc. ithaca, n.y. u. s. a. clock weighs 5 1/4 pounds, the pendulum an additional 1/2 pound. measures 10 3/4" tall, 7" wide, 5 1/4" deep. if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. thanx for looking and good luck.
