It measures about 41" and about 46" with the ball extended. The solid wood ball on top appears to be about 2" diameter. Shaft below the connecting faucet is about 28" Some corrosion with age. CLEVELAND O.untested.Pump moves smoothly& freely.Faucet handle does not move.It's 44" L pump handle pulled up. 39.5" handle down.has 6" circumference wood knob.faucet/spigot extend out 6" a 4 3/4" Tall fitting over tube bottom, has a hose connector marked DELUXE.Top cap moves freely.All metal tested Non-Ferrous except a couple of bolts. I was informed by an experienced"BEER MAN" in the business 44 yrs. Mostly in the DRAFT(KEG) DEPARTMENT he has one like this& would not give his up for anything.He's seen two, his& this one.The Transfer Pump is so big because the old Wooden Kegs were much bigger than the metal kegs used today.Someone with a HISTORY WITH ... moreTHIS PUMP will appreciate it or it will take an"EXPERT BREWERIANA COLLECTOR" to recognize it's historic importance. H. Redlich Chicago Keg Tap / Faucet W/ 1876 & 1893 World's Fair Medals Label!
Great old working faucet/ keg tap with two amazing labels! First label is complete and reads"Redlich's Warranted Faucets Fully Saturated With India Rubber. H. Redlich. Chicago. Other label is about 80% complete and shows off medals that Mr. Redlich won during the 1876 Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia and the World's Fair or Columbian Exposition held in Chicago in 1893.
