This is to keep shipping cost down. Simply insert into threads and tighten. The internal seals have been replaced. And the item has been reassembled. The coupler includes a Thomas Valve. 5/16 Nipple, and Hex Nut needed to hook airline to the coupler. The lot includes both red. Blue and black handles. They are identical other than the color.
