Measurements appear to be pretty accurate but I do not have calibration weights and I am not able to confirm exactly how accurate it is. It is overall in fair condition as seen in the picture. The top plastic frame is missing screws and it is cracked in one corner as seen. The round plastic on power supply plug is chipped on one side as seen.
