This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches. The function buttons and connections are in good condition. We connected a volt meter to the item and tested various voltages. The volt meter would state around 4 volts lower than what the gauge stated on the item. We believe this item will need to be calibrated properly. We were able to use all the function buttons properly.
