Not Working: Left side lights up. Ampere meter pegs all the way over and stays pegged. The right side fuse is blown- when we changed it out to test, it promptly blew again, so we're guessing that dust from storage caused damage to the electrostatic sensitive parts inside. Should be an easy fix for the right motivated person. Connector cables are missing/not included. Entire unit is dirty/dusty, and there's what looks like paint spray splatter on some of the knobs and fittings. What you see is what you get! Pictures are taken at the time of listing.
