The needle moves, the slider locks at each different setting, and the top opens and closes, the case has some broken stitching on the top edges, the lath has oxidized as has the leather strap, and there is tape holding the bottom on/closed but, there are no major scratches, and no chips or ... morecracks. The volt ammeter is black with a silver tone opening top and an analog gauge with volts and amperes on it as well as an adjuster for different volts and amperes; the case is leather with a metal clasp and leather strap.
