Used Stancor power transformer for a guitar amp or replacement for a 5-8 tube radio(voltage may be too low if it uses a field coil speaker) 250-0-250V@ 70 mA for B+ 5.0V@ 2.0A for tube rectifier 6.3V@ 2.5A for heaters. Condition is good except for label beginning to peel and some rust on the laminations. One primary lead is only 1" long. Remainder are 2" to 8" 3" tall. Mounts on 2.5 x 2.0" hole centers. Magnavox tube power amp 175 FF 6V6 working strong tested tubes amplifier
This is a Magnavox model 175 FF power amp in good working condition. The power tubes include 3 smoked glass RCA 6V6GT and 1 Tung Sol 6V6GTA. All 4 power tubes test strong between 100-110 where 80 is minimum good and 140 is max. It comes with 2 vintage US 12AX7s that test strong. The chassis is clean with no rust. I gave it a quick wipe down. But it should clean up very nicely with a bit of effort. Please note: This amp is in unmodified and is not"plug and play" This will need to be updated before it should be considered safe to use and is being sold as-is because of that. Vintage Tube Power Supply Thordarson Transformer T-104 CTR-304049 807W 5Z3 Amp
Up for sale here is this vintage tube item. I believe this is a power supply. There is a big power transformer. Labeled T-104 CTR-304049. I believe this is a Thordarson transformer but I am not sure. There are two tubes-a Sylvania JAN 5933/807W and a 5Z3. There is a nice old power switch and a light with a really cool faceted lens cover. There are two large Sprague capacitors, and a few other small components. These are some really nice vintage parts, and you could do all sorts of fun stuff with them. One wire underneath is loose, but it's clear what it goes to. None of this is tested in any way. This is sold as-is, though I will guarantee that the transformer is good. Pair United Transformer UTC Commercial Grade CG-100 Choke for tube power amp
Selling a pair of United Transformer Company UTC CG-100 Commercial Grade Chokes. They are used in the power supply of high quality tube amplifiers. One of these has a light coat of gray paint over the tag. But you can see that it is marked CG-100. They have been sitting for 40 years and a little paint from the shelf has stuck to the top. I have measured both DC resistance. One is 116 and the other is 120 ohms. Specs are 12 H and 110 ohms 150 madc 4.5 inches tall and about 3.5 inches in diameter. Mounting hole centers are 3" x 3" center to center.

This is a very old RCA Model AP951 power amplifier. It used old UX-type tubes. There's a metal shield/canister containing a bulb or screw-in valve of some sort. We don't know if it works. The bulb is of RCA make. I think this was originally paired with a Radiola type loudspeaker(none is available) This could be an enjoyable collector's project or restoration piece! Fisher SA-16 Amp This next goodie is a vintage Avery Fisher power amp. It's from a console. But don't let that fool you, it's a fantastic amp! It uses one 12AX7 and a pair of EL84's per channel to produce about 15 watts. And it's some of the best 15 watts I've heard. Merit P3197 120V isolation transformer power radio tube amp
Used Merit isolation transformer- use for safe operation and servicing of non-isolated radios or amps. For voltage reduction, or as a plate supply transformer Rated 80 watts(about 670 mA) should power any AC/DC radio or amplifier(but only the the smallest TVs) Secondary is 125.5V with 120V- a 5% boost. Reverse it and output will be 5% lower with no load. Dropping another 10% at full load. Using a solid-state voltage doubler as rectifier. This would supply about 300V DC at 200 mA, enough for a push-pull 6V6 or 6BQ5 stereo amp. Condition is fair with label peeling and some rust on the shell and laminations. Insulation resistance measured about 5.000 megohms from primary to secondary and primary to case at 500V, no worries about leakage. Leads are about 6" long. 3 7/8" tall. Mounts on 2.5 x 2.5" hole centers.

Tube power supply transformer for 230 V AC line voltage. The primary windings and 6.3V heater winding are at the bottom of the transformer photo. For the primary black is common. White is 200V, red is 230V, and blue is 250V. The HV secondary winding and 5V rectifier heater winding are at the top of the photo. HV secondary is 600 Vct red- black- red. Hi and thank you for looking. This is a sellers ships world wide auction and all are welcome to bid. This is a power amp. Pulled from a 1960 Motorola stereo console I got a few months back. I had it on and playing fine for a 1/2 hour in my test shortly after I got it. This is an all PP amp with a L. R and center/bass output. ECL82/6BM8 tubes and is a dual section tube. Pentode and hi mu triode all in 1 bottle so, these take the place, sort of, of amps Motorola used with 6BQ5 and 12AX7 tubes. The amp's chassis looks pretty good but has some rust on it but the top/deck looks pretty good. Tubes are all Mullard less the 6CA4 and that is a RCA built rectifier. This used the tone control chassis to turn it on and off so you will needed to add a power switch as the tone control chassis does not come with this auction. Has RCA inputs and speaker ... moreterminal screws for each output. Amp is sold as is and as pulled.
