Adding a three-prong grounded power cord, and adding a standard 1/4" speaker jack on the back rather than the original smaller jack. It has all original vintage RCA tubes(6V6GT, 5Y3GT, and 12AX7) The circuit has not been modified, though one knowledgable in that area could probably optimize it more for guitar or other instruments. I think that one of the 6V6s was part of the film pickup circuitry and is not necessary. Here is a video giving some quick examples of the amp's tonality. SquareTrade © AP6.0 This killer 122 tube amp dates to about 1965 and has all its tubes including the 6550 power tubes. Which test well. The amp powers up and passes audio, of course. It was a backup for a 147 in a gigging setup, in case clients had wanted to interface with a 122-style Leslie, but now it is superfluous for their needs. It has sat dormant for some months, and then was run for a good length of time, tested in a proper Leslie setup with Hammond organ, at both speeds, late November 2012. There are two non-identical power tubes installed. And two Sylvania 12AU7A tubes which are most likely replacements. You don't see many complete Leslie tube amps like this anymore, so make an offer now! See my other listings for more broadcast audio. Radio, musical stuff! Return to me for a refund if not satisfied. Engl 920 2x100 tube power amp
This is an amazing poweramp with an incredible tone. It is a stereo power amp with dual 100 watt channels. The tubes are Mullard EL34. The tubes have about 30-40 hours of total use on them. This version does not have integrated MIDI. The power amp was made sometime in the late 80s I'm guessing as it says. Made in West Germany. The only reason I'm selling is because I bought a solid state poweramp for my axe fx and the Engl is kinda heavy. This is the third time I've listed it, and previously I mentioned one of the channels displayed microphonics. I recently opened the Engl up, made sure the power tubes made tight contact with the sockets, and played for close to an hour. The Engl performed flawlessly without any microphonics. This was pulled from a Lowrey organ. It is the power supply for the organ and the tone cabinets. The power supply metal can caps(I can't read it all without removing) one can is a 450V and 250V(the upright one) The other is a 30/450 20/400 100/250 mf/VDC. The transformers will have no problems. And will not be DOA. It is being sold as-is. Ask any questions prior to bidding. This thing weighs about 25-30 pounds. I'll have to weigh it on my bathroom scale. 1965 Vox Student Amplifier all tube low power recording & harp amp, crunchy tone
All tube low watt recording amp 1965 Vintage VOX Student Amplifier This is a rare amplifier that was only made for about a year or two in the mid-60's. I think Vox might have been competing with the Fender Champ. This amp has great lo-fi tone. It reminds me a lot of The Black Keys. You can get plenty of crunch and classic rock tones at bedroom volumes so it makes a great bedroom amp. It also records really well and I've even used it on stage with a mic. I had the original plug replaced with a 3 prong plug for safety. Which was no easy task because of the basic wiring style of the amp. Everything else is original including the Vox Bulldog speaker. Some additional info from the VOX Showroom website: The Student was an all tube amplifier produced by Thomas Organ for Vox. It appeared only in the 1965 catalog. Cosmetically. The Student ... moreis similar to Gibson amplifiers from this same era. Aside from its grill cloth, there is little to distinguish this amp cosmetically or tonally as a Vox amp. This is not to say that this amp has poor tone, I am simply stating that I do not feel it sounds much like a Vox. The Student is rated at 2 watts RMS, and has three tubes: a 35W4, a12AU6 and a 50C5. If you know much about tubes in guitar amps, these are a bit off the commonly traveled road. A single rotary control serves as the on/off switch and volume control. The amp has a 7" speaker with a'pincushion' frame.

This killer 251 type amp dates to about 1966. And was commonly used with some Conn, Baldwin organs, and of course the Hammond A100 and M100. The amp powers up and passes audio. Has two Silvertone 6v6 power tubes, one 6au6 Silvertone tube in the Tremolo, 2 12ax7 tubes in the Preamp section Sovtek, and a GE 6x4 Rectifier Tube. Yes it is tube rectified. And very loud. Amp is loud and breaks up very well. There is a Black Box installed that allows you to run another Cabinet or Speaker from the Silvertone. You just unplug the Speaker in the Silvertone and plug in your extension Cabinet and you are playing through another speaker cabinet.I have done it with my Fender half stack and it sounds really cool. Any Cabinet 8 ohms of above is fine. You should not run this amp any lower than 8 ohms. Hand made cone. Made around the same era. There is no Grommet holding the power cord to the chassis but the hole is pretty snug. Not a big deal really. Just trying to describe this fully. There is a small Quarter size nick in the Tolex. See pic's. I have played through this amp several hours. The scratchy pots are my only complaint. And have cleared up for the most part. Power Tubes seem strong. It is very cool. Has a unique sound all it's own. I can't say it's like a Fender or a Marshall. Like I say a sound all it's own. Very loud for a 6v6 amp. Power supply caps replaced, and selemium rectifier replaced with silicon diodes. Two electrolytic caps replaced in electronics; all other caps tested good. All key voltages checked against schematic and and are within tolerance. Lamps in VU meter replaced; VU meter in excellent condition. No audible hum, only very low level hiss when listening on headphones. Front panel AC power Twist-Lok connector removed and power cord hardwired. TwistLok connector will be included so panel can be restored to original connect. Vintage Hammond M3 organ tube power amp AO-29-7 untested w/o tubes
The power tube amplifier section pulled from a vintage Hammond M3 organ. Probably late 1950's or early 1960's. It is stamped on one end of the chassis with model no. AO-29-7 When I got it it had already had all the tubes removed so you will need to replace with the proper tubes. I was told it was working prior to being parted but have no way of actually knowing or guaranteeing, so you are buying it as you see it and as is with no guarantees. Weber MASS 100 Tube Amp Power Soak Attenuator For Parts Repair As Is Works NR
You Are bidding on A weber mass 100 watt attenuator sold for parts or repair. I took this in trade a long time ago towards a guitar pedal. And just finally thought It would get some use and plugged it in and checked it out. This unit does pass signal. However there is a noticeable smell and light smoke emitting from the unit after being played for a while. I opened it up and noticed that one side of the voice coil on the dummy speaker looks to have some discoloration. No repair or further troubleshooting has been attempted. I wouldn't recommend use as it is at all. I know that Weber sells these parts. I just don't have the time for any more projects at this point. My loss is your gain. Heralded as the best sounding tube amp EICO manufactured. EICO is one of the little known manufacturers of the 1950's and 1960's, but dedicated and knowledgeable audio enthusiasts are fully aware of the warm rich and organic sound the EICO HF-14 creates. It is considered one of the best sounding tube amplifiers, bar none. This little gem produces a small, by number, 14 watts, but very bid on the soundstage end. I have slowly and methodically powered up this amp over 3 days on a variac. Day 1 at 60 volts. Then Day 2 graduating in 5 volt increments until full voltage, and finally full line voltage(117 volts) for a full Day 3. I do not have the proper tubes for the amp and therefor did not ... moreaudition it in my fully tube system, but when metered on the variac, it coasted effortlessly at about.25ma, hardly breaking a sweat, at full power. That being said, the power supply and capacitors seem to be in very good working order as indicated by the current draw at full power. Please do not take this as a guarantee of functioning. It is a 50 year old unit, and could need some maintenance. CONDITION: Very good original condition. Chassie is very nice. Strong lettering and good paint with just superficial wear. Transformers have minor surface rust but not pitted. They can be wired brushed and re-painted, making the amp a very handsome looking unit. Will benefit from a light cleaning. Lacking tubes. Has a damaged front label but is in great cosmetic condition. PCU 25 is missing a push-button knob and a front panel screw but otherwise in nice condition. The 1979 Marshall JMP MK 2 Master Model Guitar Amp is a rock masterpiece that's seen more action in studio and stage than any other amp of it's kind. This vintage Marshall amp became the go-to weapon of choice for many famous players on many famous hard rock and metal songs. Due to consumer pressure from players wanting more gain and not wanting to have there current Marshall amps modified by local techs to achieve more overdrive gain. Marshall chose to trade in the separate vintage style dual channel preamp design it featured on all of the previous models. They opted to use the extra left over triode for more preamp overdrive gain which allowed for the use of a master volume control for lower volume high gain rock tones. Now tested and are working fine. No shorts, good output. Predate JJ Tesla, these are the'real deal' Actually, if you have more info on these, I'd appreciate it, don't know the history of Tesla valves. Might be persuaded to part with some of my other nice valve collection, shoot me a message. Took the pic on my valve tester, shows I have a tester and such, but it isn't part of the sale. Happy to ship overseas. But get in touch in advance for an estimate, also ... morewill combine postage, if you want a bunch of valves, let me know when you ask about postage. I have some valve boxes, and it will be first come first served on those, then I'll be wrapping them and improvising. If you buy a bunch, I'll put them in one of those poster tubes.
