You are bidding on a Vintage CALRAD DM-15 DYNAMIC MICROPHONE 50K OHMS. This was made In Japan. It comes with its original cardboard box. The box is not in mint condition. The microphone is metal and it has. What I would describe as a deco bullet look to it. This microphone measures approx. 5" in length. It has a metal attachment attached to it and this appears to be made for a microphone stand to go onto it. The end of this attachment is threaded and the threaded section measures approx. 9/16" across from inside edge to inside edge. It has an approx. 5 1/2' long cord. This cord is approx. 1/8" round. The metal part that goes around the top and around the wire has, what I would describe as, finish loss. The connector that attaches the wire to the microphone appears that it might be broke(I attempted to show this in the 10th ... moreand 11th photos) I say this because I have assorted CB items that I am listing and these have similar connectors on them. They have, what I would describe as, a male probe that would insert into a hole. it appears the one on this mic is stuck into the mic. I am not sure if this is broke or not but I seen this and wanted to make sure and point it out(10th& 11th photos) If it is indeed broke off, you would need to wire another end onto it before using this microphone(or at least I think you would? This item is not working and is for parts or repair This is a 500 Watt. 50 ohm load manufactured by Bird Electronic Corp. It is a Termaline model 67. As you can see in the pictures, the cone shaped adapter on the input has couplers with diodes that plug in to convert the RF to DC. There is also a connector there for the DC sample so a meter can be connected to it for power input monitoring. Has a type"N" RF input connector. The problem this load has is that it appears that the internal resistor is open. Reads 0 ohms when an ohmeter is connected across center pin of N connector to body of load. Other than that the exterior of the load is in very good condition. Good project for someone that wants to repair it or use it for parts.
