However, the unit sat a few months on the shelf in the box and when I went to power it on again, I received the error code# 323. This means the Zenon Lamp is weak and will need replacing. I was told by an MDS technician that sometimes, when a unit sits idle too long dust collects on the lamp and can cause this error code to register. So, I would say best case scenario, the unit just needs internal cleaning and calibration and worst case scenario, the lamp will need replacing which costs about $600. For this reason, I am pricing this well and selling ASIS. Additional Description: There are no physical defects or cracks on the outer housing. There is a little sticker residue on the unit but otherwise in good cosmetic shape with normal wear from use. The unit powers up and goes through self test and electronic and mechanical calibration fine. The unit includes the original box as shown below in the photo.
