About 12 inches long and weighs about 8 1/4 pounds. This is a light to medium duty piece. I do not see any breaks. Damages, nor repairs I do not know how exactly old it is but this is an older one. Some age and wear as would be expected on a used item of this age(see all 8 photos for cosmetic condition) It is in as found condition. I would change cotter pins. there is some rust but these are very sturdy and solid items as is. Beyond the rust. I can not see any actual signs of usage. Any input or questions gladly received. Finally something that has a readable label on it so I can identify it. This is a Brewer Titchener drop side snatch block. It is marked 4099BS. It is rated 4-1/2 ton. 1/2" diameter wire rope and has bronze bearings. at least that's what the catalog says) It looks heavy duty and seems to be in good shape.
