This is a Harris TS 44 DLX model V08 butt set/test set. Used in the cabling and telecom industries. This is a discontinued tool, used and in good working condition, but has never been professionally tested. It operates on 9-volt batteries which are not included due to shipping restrictions from the Hawaiian islands to mainland USA. Cord measures 66 inches long. The red casing boot insulation has been worn off due to use and can be replaced. The clip at the top of the set is interchangeable with the bottom; it just needs a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the plastic housing and switch the clip to the bottom of the set if you need.
