The pulley is right at 6 1/2" diameter X 3 1/2" wide and looks to be in good condition. There is a bracket with 2 large(apx. 9" long bolts to attach to pole. Cross pole or? and a lever at the top to open/fold it out. It measures 13 1/2" tall in the closed position. And 20 1/2" when opened/folded out. You will be recieving the item as shown in pictures. This is a used 1-1/2 inch diameter bow shackle clevis. This size is stamped 30 ton. Heavy. 25+ pounds. Not sure of the maker. No apparent damage or distortion. Overall great shape. Unscrews perfectly. This is NOT a pic of the one you get! It's easier for me to use a file pic. Yours has blue paint and is AT LEAST AS NICE AS THE ONE IN THE PIC! Identical in size!
