Although used. This Cole Parmer Jiffy Jack is in great condition, Weight is 8 lb 7 oz, The unit is heavy and I believe it is aluminum. I cannot find this size listed but the 8 x 8 has a capacity of 176 lbs. I put pictures in to show closed height and open at approximately 1/4 of the way at 14 inches.
