When I started testing this unit it did not run. The rotor is inlcuded and holds 18 microfuge tubes. The pulse button works. It does not appear to brake. This unit is in good physical condition with only minor scuffs and scratches due to normal wear. All the labeling is clear and legible. This unit is however missing its rotor and it will need to be replaced before use. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. When we tested this unit it powered on without any problems. We set the timer and started the unit spinning. It spun without any vibrations or noises. We also turned the drying function on and tested the temperature with an infrared thermometer.
