This is a microwave amplifier of some sort. Runs on 120v and is intended for the 2-4GHz range. Other than that I really know nothing about this item. Although I suspect it was very costly when new. It appears to be in decent physical shape but is sold as-is without warranty since I have no way to test it. Could be an interesting HAM radio item for experimenting or a source of useful components for another project. Will ship in a flat rate box to any US address.
