He had bought it many years ago, and could not tell me if the instrument works or not. The Model is 1801A– 50 MHz, manufactured by Hewlett Packard, and it comes with a Display Model 181T. All the knobs and switches seem to be working properly. The screen is in perfect condition, with no cracks or scratches. Judging by the weight of the unit(30 pounds) all the interior electronics should be intact.
