This amplifier was pulled from a test system and is in good condition. The measured frequency Response is shown in the picture( NOTE: Cable losses are not included in this plot so the actual gain is about 2dB HIGHER) The amplifier requires +/ 10V and +15V to operate and needs to be mounted on a heatsink. It can drive +20dBm and the typical gain is 19dB. I have not measured above 20GHz yet but is very likely for this amplifier to work up to 26GHz. A pin-out will be provided with the part!
