Ruff duplex slitter rewinder with a maximum web width of 28” The rewind is a duplex differential center wider with two rewind shafts for 3” ID cores. The maximum rewind diameter is 12” using a 3” rewind core. The rewind shafts lift out for unloading the finished rolls. This machine was running pressure sensitive tape prior to being removed by Benick. Slitting on the Ruff is design for shear cut. Included are a pair of knife shafts, if you need knife Benick can supply them at a extra cost. The main drive has been up dated to a Reliance 3HP AC vector. Unwind is a shaft type with chucks for a 3” core and include safety unwind chucks for holding the unwind shaft. Maximum unwind diameter is 24” Unwind tension control is with a pneumatic air cooled brake.

There is no model name other than Humidi-con, but some websites refer to the Humidicon as the"OX-TRAN 1000H" which was a VWTR(Water Vapor Transmission Rate) device for achieving"precise relative humidity" Other sites refer to using the precise humidity and temperature for testing oxygen permeation. So. Not sure what it is or does. Powers up and appears to be complete and working. Two of the valve handles on the front bottom are shortened because parts broke off.
