Up for your consideration is a 2008 Bosch DoBoy dual head box maker. This equipment was purchased brand new in 2008 for over $130K. The tray former and forming heads can be set to run at up to 50 trays per minute(lids and bases) It also includes a flat belt conveyor as well almost a pallet full of unused glue. This machine was used seasonally for a short time until these particular boxes were no longer needed. It has since been in climate controlled storage. For sale is a used HMC Model CC-3 automatic case cutter. This cutter does not include a powered infeed system. However, we could supply the equipment necessary to load cases from a conveyor with a pusher mechanism. Or, the cases could be hand loaded to the machine. The case is pushed through the machine with a lugged chain drive and cuts all 4 sides of a case without having to rotate the case. A programmable controller, using electronic sensors, adjusts the knives to the proper cutting gheight, width and length to accommodate various size cases without interrruption.
