This auction is for a Simplex two head piston filler designed to be set up for direct draw from a tank etc. If you prefer a hopper I can probably get you one for pretty cheap. The pistons are 1.5" by 13" in size. This machine is in great condition. It also has a button to perform 2 strokes with one cycle for larger fill volumes. Cozzoli 8 Head Inline Automatic Piston Filler Model VR840Q with 20' conveyor
The Cozzoli VR840 8 operates using a diving nozzle system for profile filling. Great for light to medium body liquid filling operation. Fill accuracies up to +/ 0.5% of fill volume can be achieved using this filling system. Containers enter the filling machine via the gating device and are filled using the diving nozzle system. The VR840 is a positive displacement liquid filler. Operating on a 4" pump stroke. This filler is equipped with a total of 8 stainless steel syringes for fill volumes up to 600 ml(20 0z) And speeds up to 120 bottles per minute. After the fill is complete. Containers cycle out of the filler and move to the next section. All stainless steel construction. Last used in a full line conveyor and includes 3-1/4" wide x 20' long chain conveyor frame section.
