Hello, This Smartdate 3c control box. Printhead, cassette, encoder, Manual, regulator and cables were just taken out of service a week ago. I am the original owner of this Smartdate and has been on our CONTINUOS high speed vertical bagger since new. In the last few months we had about $2000 of parts and service done to the printhead box while waiting for the new system. We are going through a printer upgrade on all of our baggers as we have 6 high speed machines and want to keep them on the same system. When I had the factory technician remove the printer I didn't clean it up but is was fully functional when removed. I will either post a video or supply a video for you to see its operation. Depending on what you are printing you can use the installed printhead. There are a few pixels out but it was still good for us, I will have a photo ... moreof the printed bag included in the photos. If I could have found other Smartdate 3c printers that are for CONTINUOUS baggers I would have bought them as spares as there is nothing wrong with this one and it is much cheaper them buying a new one.
