This is a fully functional impulse sealer only used a few times. It is very long(I think the longest you can buy) 32" long. I have an extra replacement parts kit that is also included(wires, teflon, fuse, etc. Works with different kinds of shrink wrap. The current element is a flat-wire style, but it could easily be switched out for a round wire if that's your preference. It was over $300 new from Uline. Plus the spare parts.
