Refurbish to brand new condition for a specific R&D project and once the project is finished we no longer need the equipment. We took the entire machine apart and replaced the screw, machined the barrel, replaced all heaters, serviced the 2hp motor, added a variable speed digital drive. Changed the fluids. Greg's accessible extruder, Stainless Steel Smooth Rods, professionally hobbed bolt, and heated bed for using ABS. It also comes with a 3lb spool of grey PLA and 1lb of blue ABS this alone cost $70. I played with this machine for awhile however lost interest in it. I have about $850 invested plus the time required for assembly.
