Cooling coils, water level control) 2000# Tower as shown, insulated(vacuum on top to take up regrind) Dessicant dryer 460 Volt(fully refurbished and new dessicant) The unit is all integrated together. So you put in regrind and out comes pellet. The control panel has the older style temp controllers. But everything in the cabinet has been fully rewired and works perfectly. This unit has both a water cooled screw and feed throat area. Water enters the screw at its far end by the motor. Goes down and comes back out. Water also recirculates in the feed throat to keep ... moreit cool. The water you can dump or use in the pelletizer. The pelletizer has a tank that recirculates water to the pellet cutting chamber. As the molten pellets come out and are formed, they are wisked away into the water stream. That water with the pellet enters the spin dryer. Dry pellets come out, and the water goes around again. A heat exchanger removes the heat to maintain the tank temperature. There is a 4 blade knife that spins in the cutting chamber that cuts off the pellets as they are molten. Standard underwater technology.
