For sale we have a fully assembled Reprap Prusa Mendle V2 I purchased and assembled this reprap was assembled completely( except for rods) from parts purchased through Maker Farm it has many upgrades as well including: linear bearings. Greg's accessible extruder, Stainless Steel Smooth Rods, professionally hobbed bolt, and heated bed for using ABS. It also comes with a 3lb spool of grey PLA and 1lb of blue ABS this alone cost $70. I played with this machine for awhile however lost interest in it. I have about $850 invested plus the time required for assembly. The machine may need some calibration as I replaced the heated bed but it should be almost ready to go. If you have any questions please contact me as I'm sure I am forgetting some details.

Ok. I am going to sell my 3d printer. I need the money more. It needs a new hot end, which aren't expensive at all. Don't buy ones from China on Ebay because they don't work, I have one on it now and this is the case. Get a new hot end or make a new hot end and it will work fine after you calibrate and level it. This is an Orca Mendel V.3 from Mendel-Parts.com It was a kit I put together and it originally cost me $1,100.00(800 euros) I have made some upgrades on it to make it work better. I will give you the parts I took off of it as well. I made a new print bed out of acrylic and wood that is easier to level. I will give you the original aluminum bed. I also upgraded the X axis to linear bearings and made a new carriage out of acrylic. The acrylic is much easier to mount upgrades and things to since its easier to drill through. ... moreI have a piece of glass cut that I use to print on. It works better than the blue tape everyone uses. I spray the glass with aquanet hairspray and let it dry. The PLA plastic sticks to it every time. The Orca has Nema 17 stepper motors, and a Gen6 Deluxe controller board. I have a few spare gear pulleys that were printed by a friend for me I will toss in. For firmware it is running Marlin and is configured. After you get a new hot end you'll want to dial in the E stepper values which is easy. This is not a take it out of the box and get a perfect print type of printer. Its a RepRap not a Makerbot or Cube3d. You will need to learn how to tweak settings and trouble shoot. I do not have the time or patients any longer to screw around with this thing. A high quality J-Head style hot end will cost you 70 bucks, I have a 40.00 j head hot end on it from china and gets jammed after a couple layers. This is the second faulty hot end I bought too, so, that means I spent a total of 80 bucks on junk. Only buy quality parts, don't waste your time and your money, unless you want to get frustrated. Lulzbot Taz V1 3D Printer RepRap ABS and PLA
This is the LulzBot TAZ 3D printer. It has a heated bed and a print capacity of about 11" x 10" x 9" I've moved onto a MakerBot and I just don't have the time to work with this one anymore. I've upgraded all of the compression bushings to linear bearings on the x and y axis. Plus I've added two cooling fans to it. This machine prints. But is sold AS IS. Assembled Reprap Prusa Mendel 3d printer with autolevel
I was given a partial Reprap Prusa Mendel. This machine only need electronics and an extruder to get started. This machine has 4 Nema Motors(x.Y,z) Prusa pcb heated bed. What was upgraded before it wasgifted to me was Loches z axis upgrade(google thingiverse loches zaxis upgrade) for the top triangle brackets This originally was a bowden style printer. Metal t5 pulleys and belts, as well as metal zaxis couplers. Prevous Owner also printed out a switch panel for ledlights he installed and a fan control. From what he has given me the only items that i know have any issue is two cracked bar clamps and a slightly warped x carriage. This is a great beginner kit. Through ebay, craigslist and local hackerspace(s)forums i have been able together a few more items for this build. The gregs extruder(googlethingiverse gregs extruder) was given to me ... morebecause of warp on the bottom and a cracked idler arm. I used a heater to flatten it the best i could and mounted it with Zip ties to level it out. Another item i was given was sanguinololu 1.3 electronics that was subjected to too much power. I replaced the blown 35v capatistor and the all the stepper drivers. After doing that the electronics controlled all elements but the heated bed's thermistor. I found the broken lead and soldered a new connector and bridged it. With the electronics and extruder i Invested in a Hotend. And in all the trial and error process i have had with my friends printer and what i read on the forums the most common failure in hotends is the peek liner starts to leak. So i went with Josef Prusa's All stainless steel Hot End(google prusa nozzle) $100 dollar value) With this and very little calibration i was able to print a temporary Idler arm and a raspberrypi case. UPDATE 2-14-14 I was able to purchase an arduino and ramps 1.4 with drivers fairly cheap and a servo. Currently the neat wiring is undone to replace the Sanginololu and configure the servo autolevel. And another hotend was given to me a j-head clone. I had issues with pla printing cons

The reason it is for parts or repair is because the printer would not respond to manual commands to move the nozzle in different directions on the printer interface. I have been over it several times and could not physically find anything wrong and could not figure out how to fix the problem of not being able to manually command the print head. If you know a lot about reprap and think you can figure out the problem and fix then you have found yourself a great deal. This 3d printer has lots of extra parts and upgrades and 11 partial rolls of.3mm PLA plastic for printing things. It has the original instruction manual and the original disk with all info and the download for the printer interface and all kinds of extra goodies. This printer was calibrated and all put together and working excellent before this problem occurred where the controls on the printer interface would not make the printer respond. I will also include any extras I have(not pictured) Printer uses ball bearings, optical sensors and aluminum gears and it is calibrated ready to go. May still need work to get up and running again. We are selling this AS IS no returns allowed. It is recommended that whoever purchases this has experience building a 3D printer or they know what they are doing. Not recommended for beginners.

So you will have to replace of fix it if you want to use the printer properly, all other components works. You can get more information about the product in the makerfarm webpage. Is not easy to setup so, if you do not have previous experience in this field or if you do not want to complicate please buy a commercial plug and play one like Makerbot units. Has new hot end with smaller output. The only issues I have with this is the print table is hard to adjust. he second is that the filament feeder is on the side and away from the hot end. This causes feeding issues and the newer printers have the feeder and the hot end together. The good thing about this printer is that it is customizable and the newer hotend feeder unit can be installed.
